Changing the passphrase on the dgnd3700v2

i have the modem/router dgnd3700v2 on a Verizon dsl network. im trying to change the passphrase within the router. everytime I change the passphrase it never seems to save. why is that?

Are you using a wired connection to the router when you make that change? If you are using wireless then I would expect you to lose your connection at that point and the browser will not be able to update. If you are using a wired connection to the router then make sure that the browser window is correctly refreshing, or confirm the change by attempting to connect wirelessly afterwards.
