Connection problems with more than one PC via Wireless (Netgear D500)
Hello,
I have a very annoying with the wireless connection of my Netgear D500 router.
The problem shows up when more than 1 pc is connected to the router: if one PC is connected to a certain website the access to that website is denied to any other PC. For example if I open youtube no other PC can connect to youtube until i exit from that website (the other PC get the message "connection timed out" aftersome seconds of waiting).
It happens with any website (even with games, for example we can't play FIFA on a PC and a PS4 at the same time because one of the two disconnects), and even just with 2 devices connected.
The problem persists with one PC connected via ethernet and another one via wireless (I'm not 100% sure about this).
Anyone have any idea about what may cause this issue?
It is because of the router or may also be the internet provider?

Hello cntntn
Are you on the latest firmware? have you checked the modems logs when this is happening?

I updated the firmware a couple of months ago in attempt to solve the issue, but nothing changed. So even if it is not the very last, it is still fairly recent.
Where can I find the modem logs?

nothing there.
I also checked basically everywhere is the settings, but I didn't find the logs. I think my router doesn't record the logs, is it possible?

If you go to the page I pointed you at, there are check boxes for things that you can Include in Log.
If nothing is checked, then check it.

I updated the firmware, but the problem is still there.
Anyone got another idea to try to fix it?

Did you "factory reset" after the firmware update?
