D3600 cannot factory re-set or access via logins

I have a router - yesterday I lost internet and re-booted.  I think I may have downloaded a firmware update last week.  However, the router now powers on but will not re-boot when factory re-set button is pushed.  I cannot access the router via cable or genie - it is finding nothing from www.routerlogin.net.

try to use 192.168.0.1 when trying to access the router.
