Re: D6000 not able to load https://www.sbicard.com site
What firmware version do you have on the device?
A number is more useful than "the latest". (It may not be by the time people read this.) There can also be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up if you check for new firmware in the browser interface.
The D6000 is a DSL modem router. You might get better and quicker replies, and find other answers, over in the appropriate section:

Re: D6000 not able to load https://www.sbicard.com site
Tha'ts odd, all I can find is this:
D6000 Firmware Version 1.0.0.75 | Answer | NETGEAR Support
If this was something you updated yourself, did you reset the router to factory settings after the firmware flash?
New firmware sometimes introduces changes that are not compatible with the old configuration.
So while it isn't guaranteed to fix problems a factory reset is the first thing to try if you have issues with new firmware.
This is a nuisance because you then have to reconfigure the device all over again.
You can backup your settings before you reset and restore them later. But that may just bring back the fault. Then again, at least you will know if the reset fixed the problem.
My Netgear modem gets there with no trouble.

Re: D6000 not able to load https://www.sbicard.com site
I'd done factory reset many times, that didn't resolve the issue. Also, manually formatted modem with older firmware versions but no success. There are many sites which I'm not able to access like this https://anchor-world.com/. And not able to perform Software Update on my Macbook pro, it stucks in the beginning. But with other modems, it runs smoothly. I don't have any records under Block Sites section of Netgear Admin Panel.

On Windows PCs, these issues can be down to the operating system seeing the modem as a different network from the other modem. The security settings then try to protect users from unknown nasties.
I have no idea if Macs are equally solicitous.
Do you see the same problem if you try to get at those sites with something else? A mobile phone for example? If so that would point the finger firmly at the Macbook rather than the router.

I tried on Windows 10 PC which is connected via ethernet, Android phone and Mac on wifi with no luck. Do you know how to see logs of modem when you hit url? There's a link called Logs under Administration but it does not show any helpful information
