Hi,
I am brand new to Netgear. We just moved into our house which has fiber optics run directly to it and we signed up for 50Mbps internet package, however when I do the speed test, the download speed is 1111.29 Kbps. I also noticed on the router tab on the Netgear Genie, in the upper left corner there's a little banner that says 2.5 GHz when my PC should be using the 5.0 GHz.
I need to some help to understand what's going on with my speed, how to fix it and how to make sure that our wired pcs are using the 5GHz not the 2.5GHz.
