I have just installed Windows 7, after 10 messed my system up, yet it can't find my modem. Where and what driver would rectify this? (I can download it via my laptop) Thanks.

You can also look for the details of your network hardware in device manager.
Look for Network adapters and see who made them. Then you may have more luck if you go to the maker's website.
For example in my case it is a Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller.

Re: D6200 - Driver 7 driver
It sounds like you need the network adapter driver for your computer. These drivers can usually be acquired from the manufacturer of you computer... IE; HP.com, Dell.com, Acer.com etc. There are no drivers for a PC for connecting to the modem/router, that uses a standard protocol between your network adapter and the modem/router.

You should be able to find your network adapter drivers here;

Re: D6200 - Driver 7 driver
Thanks guys! I apprecaite all the advice and input. Hopefully I can track down what I need...or dual boot with Linux if need be, as that at least works on my modem.
