D6200 shows internet but I have no connection
My modem shows I have a good internet connection, my computer says I have an internet connection, but when I try to pull up a page it says I have no connection. I contacted my is pretty provider and they said I have a connection coming to the house. I might get a connection for 30 seconds and then it's gone again. I did a hard rest on the modem and still no connection. I don't know what else to do. Is my device shot?

What is this computer? Windows? Mac? Something else?
If Windows, have you looked at its network settings? The network troubleshooter in Wondows 10 can help.
What are you using to "pull up a page"? A browser? Tried a different one?
There is a manual for the D6200 somewhere at the end of this link:
>>> D6200 | Product | Support | NETGEAR <<<
I can't find the D6200v2 in Netgear's system, but the manual should be similar.

Re: D6200 shows internet but I have no connection
I am using Windows and Google chrome for the browser. I have 2 desktop computers and my phone all contacted and none of them will work properly.
I have ran the windows network troubleshooter and it comes up with dns server something.
I have looked up the troubleshooting part in the manual and that doesn't work either.
