Just got fixed wireless NBN telstra bigpond and having trouble setting it up. I have the netgear D6220 ac1200 wifi vdsl/adsl modem router. l can not get the phone to work and when l enter my username@bigpond.com and password it will not work. It will work if l set password to not required on login? l dont know if this safe. Any help would be great thanks
