Have connected the router to power and the DSL cable is connected through the filter to the wall socket, however I’m getting no lights at all for DSL or Internet.
Have called Exetel and they’ve confirmed our unit is getting service, have no home phone to test the connection, and there’s only one phone socket in the unit. Would it be a faulty socket?
Using the net gear Genie comes up with no DSL connection detected error, and when I try to manually set up the connection, after I make a new password and set up security questions it just gets stuck loading and never loads the next screen.
It never asks me for an ISP username and password or anything, I can’t set up anything on the router.
