D6220 won’t let my Service provider configure with this router

The last 2 days for some reason I am getting amber on my Router & my Service TPG on there side is fine there telling me that my router won’t let there service connect
I have had router for just under a year n was working fine before 2 days ok

What is "Service TPG"?

Set up of DSL modems is usually in your hands.

Which LED is amber? Power? Internet?

Your subject says D6220 but the footer has D6200v2. Which is it?

Which ISP is this?
