D6300 no power
Hi all my modem has stopped working. There is no lights at all. I have tried a different power point but still no lights. I have a router connected through the d6300 and that is still connected to the internet.
Has the D6300 died.

Sounds dead.

How "different"? Do they have ratings printed on them?

That makes little sense. What is this "a router", and what, exactly,
is connected to what, exactly? Hint: If a device has multiple Ethernet
ports, then "connected to device" is not enough detail.

Is that a question? Does your keyboard lack a question mark ("?")?
If you have some device which "is still connected to the internet",
and the D6300 is providing that connection, then the D6300 would seem
not to be all dead.

Hi Sherue,
Since you already tried swapping power adapter, please check if the Power On/OFF button pressed and see if the unit boot up. If not, please register the D6300 serial number and see the Hardware warranty is still valid.

Click on SUPPORT
Click on CONTACT SUPPORT
Select Replace my defective product
Select the D6300 SN under My Registered Products. Click on Next
