D6400 and lan port speed

Hi, can I manually select the operating mode of the lan ports (100 MB/s or Gigabit lan) with my D6400?
I have pc using cat5e cable and Atheros L1 Gigabit network card but when I'm conected to modem D6400 by cable its only detect 100mbps
also when im try manual set to 1.0gbps lan network.

I believe not. It's essentially an unmanaged switch.

Could be a bad cable, or a computer problem, or the computer is in
stand-by (sleep, "off") mode. Can you connect this stuff to something
other than the D6400 and get the higher link rate?

My D6400 just detects the LAN that connects into it.
What is telling you that this is a 100 Mbps connection? The D6400 does not have speed indicators.
If it is the network card that is reporting 100 Mbps, maybe you could look for newer drivers for that.
