D7000 AC1900 No GMT+9:30 South Australia
I'm going through and setting up the router and have noticed it's impossible for me to set the correct time as Adelaide GMT+9:30 (South Australia) hasn't been added.
Maybe that could be an addition in the next firmware update?

This does apply to the current v1.0.1.64 (from early February 2018) - as available to download from Netgear Support D7000 Download, too?
PS. There is a dedicated forum area for the DSL Modems and Routers - a moderator should take care of this and move the thread accordingly.

Re: D7000 AC1900 No GMT+9:30 South Australia
What should I say Netgear? Yes, I understand time zones and DST are (in some countries or regions at least) variable targets. That's part of the software life cycle maintenance. And of simple basic testing against check list. Which should kept up2date of course, too.
As per Netgear Australia Web Site - D7000 it's a standard product offered Downunder.
@ChristineT It's a shame - even basics are not properly implemented and maintained. Thank you for leaving your phone number in PM - I'm happy to call you these days.

Re: D7000 AC1900 No GMT+9:30 South Australia
If this issue isn't fixed by the next time our router/modem is due for an upgrade which is pretty soon I'm going to be changing brands.
The company's inability to fix such a simple issue like this surely reflects their company's ethos at large.
I'm sorry I'm unable to help you Warren, best of luck!

This issue still hasn't been addressed in the firmware updates since this issue was raised.
Would like some input from Netgear staff if possible.

Vulnerable Open Source, and basics like the time zone files (yes, almost yearly changing....) and the related UI code not kept up2date. @ChristineT this is just ridiculous.

Yes ive even contacted netgear a few months ago and they asked for information on the issue. I gave it to them and have heard nothing.
I wont be buying consumer netgear again.
