D7000 Connected but not working

We just moved and changed internet providers. When we installed the new service, everything worked fine using the vendors router. When I try to use our D7000, I can connect to the router but it won't allow access to the internet on my device. Please help!!

ADSL? VDSL? Cable?

Do you know that the D7000 is compatible with it?
