Hi, I am finding my Nighthawk D7000 ADSL modem does not reconnect to the Internet after a reboot and I need to re-enter the ISP credentials. The firmware version is V1.0.1.50_1.0.1.
Thank you for your assistance.

No such problem here with the same model and firmware.
Anything else changing? Connection Mode = Always On?
If the settings change spontaneously, then I'd probably resort to the
usual panacea, a full ("factory") reset, and then reconfiguration. You
can try saving and restoring the settings, but if they're corrupt, then
a manual reconfiguration might work better. Lasr resort: re-install the
firmware.
Bad hardware (NVRAM) is also a possibility, I suppose.

Re: D7000 losing ISP credentials after restarting
Same issue and FW version here. Just spent 30mins troubleshooting - then had to reenter credentials.
At the same time it also switches off the wireless radios so I have to dig out a laptop with an ethernet port to reenable them aaargh.

Re: D7000 losing ISP credentials after restarting
Great response! Ended up needing to downgrade to 1.0.1.48. Will keep that on for a little while for further testing and then later update to see if the credentials hold.
