D7000 problem connecting USB Hard Drive.
Whenever I now plug a USB hard drive to one of the USB ports, it causes the internet connection to stop working. This is a fairly recent occurrence, for the first six months I had an internet connection with a Hard Drive plugged in.

Is there any change in the LED indicators? What is the actual
symptom for "the internet connection to stop working"? Can you still
communicate with the router itself? Does your (unspecified) "a USB hard
drive" have its own power supply, or does it get its power from the
router's USB port?
