D7000 upgrade glitch

[MVH2019]

D7000 only shows solid amber power light and no others after upgrade. Cannot see router from any connection, wifi or ethernet. Power recycling does nothing. Reset turns power to a blinking amber/white nitelight but no change in usefulness. Is this now a brick or can someone help me bring it back to life? I am a novice with this but can learn quickly. Thanks.

TFTP may well be the way to recover the thing:
