D7000 v2 wifi 2.4g wifi "incorrect password"

D7000 v2 wifi 2.4g wifi "incorrect password"
Hi I have been experiening 'incorrect password'
environment:
model: D7000v2
firmware: V1.0.0.56_1.0.1
2.4G (ssid: helloworld-2G password: helloworld)
5G (ssid: helloworld-5G password: helloworld)
reproduce steps:
1. iPhone wifi setting -> choose 2.4g wifi of D7000v2
2. input password 'helloworld' and press join
at this point, an error message shows 'incorrect password ...'
3. click cancel
4. iPhone wifi setting -> choose 2.4g wifi of D7000v2 input password 'helloworld' and press join
at this point, joined successfully.
5. switch to 5G wifi
5G wifi does not have the issue.
6. switch to 2.4 G wifi and input correct password
at this point an error message shows 'incorrect password ...' but if I cancel the message and join the 2.4g wifi again, it joins to 2.4g wifi correclty.
I have done the factory reset, reset network setting from iPhone, reboot router and issue not go away.
please help.

Are these the default passwords on your Netgear modem/router?
Are you sure that it is the router and not the wifi client that causes the problem?
Do you see this on all devices that you try to connect?
Have you tried telling your wifi client so forget that they talked to the router and then created the connection again?
