I have a netgear D7000
I want to program it on the telecom companie but it does not give me options in the change country box to chose one of the available companies.
Please give me the solution .

You don't say how you are doing this. The browser graphical user interface (GUI) is the best way in.
You can also set up the modem/router manually.
If you visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
you can feed in the model number and find all the documentation for your hardware.
You will need to know what the settings are for your Internet service provider. What is this ISP?

Are you saying that you can't select a country or an ISP, or are you
saying that you can't select the _right_ country or ISP?
If you can set all the other parameters on that page properly, then I
doubt that the country or ISP settings will matter. ("properly" depends
on your ISP. You'd need to ask them what these values should be.)

Ok. Netgear apparently disables choice of region on its USA models.
