D7000V2 firmware update red light
i Recently purchased one of these, and after set up, installed the firmware upgards to V1.0.56_1.0.1.
the modem works fine after, except now i have a red light on the ethernet connection to my cameras.
i have tried moving the cameras to another port, but it is still red.
there does not seem to be a problem with the cameras, but i assume that a red light on the connectionis not good.
anyone else had this problem?

"my cameras" is not a very detailed description of anything.
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation. Get the User Manual (at least). Read. Look for the
LED descriptions.
Is your "red" what Netgear calls "amber"?

Why? There's an under-used alternative to assuming things:

Not sure what to make of this.
Is it related to this one or not?
Re: D7000V2 moden and Australian NBN FFTC - NETGEAR Communities
Two questions, same kit, both too vague to understand.
