D7000v2 – Nighthawk and External Drive Issues
Model is: D7000v2 – Nighthawk AC1900 WiFi VDSL/ADSL Modem Router
Firmware: V1.0.0.53_1.0.2, OS Windows 10, External Hard Drive: Toshiba Canvio
Cannot make connected USB (3.0) Drive visible and accessible through File explorer. On ReadyCloud disk is visible, but I cannot add any files to it: cannot upload any files because of the "connection issues", while I'm using the same connection to access ReadyCloud.

Define "connection issues"?
What are you using or doing to connect?
Windows 10? Is SMB 1 enabled?
