D7000v2 keeps automatically changing from ADSL to VDSL, despite not having a fibre connection

It keeps automatically changing, causing my internet to cut off constantly. It cut off twice while trying to post this.

VDSL does not imply "fibre". Have you asked your (unspecified) ISP
about this?
