Are these 2.4 GHz Wifi devices or 5 GHz wifi devices? If you aren't sure, you may want to go into wireless settings and disable the radio for 5ghz so you're only working from one variable. Now go to the 2.4 ghz wifi radio and make sure it's enabled.
Are you not seeing the SSID broadcasting when you check for nearby wifi networks? If no device is seeing it all, it could either be that the setting to broadcast the network name is disabled, which means you can't access it unless you type in the network name exactly like it's spelled, or it could be that your wifi radios are disabled completely for both 2.4 and 5 ghz wifi, so you would need to check that on those wireless settings page mentioned above.
