The model D7000v2
Since I got that model, it works well with nbn company, last week suddenly the internet disconnected and the internet light is off. Contact with nbn company and try everything( restart reset username and password) is still not working. Yesterday the internet light is turn to red. But still no internet

Sounds like the unit may be defective. If it's still under warantee you might want to get it replaced.

Have you plugged in your old device to see if it also has connection issues? Seems like that would identify if the problem was the outside cable (still have connection problems) or the Netgear device (no connection problems with the old device). If connection problems persist with your old device you should be able to have the ISP dispatch a tech to find the problem.
