Hello,
I’m trying to setup Kwilt on my D7800 modem router. On the Kwilt iPhone app, my D7800 is detected but when I select the router and click next I get the following error: "An error occurred while binding your router. Please try again later."
I do recall receiving an email to advise that Kwilt is ending their partnership with Netgear and that the D7800 will not be supported from firmware version V1.0.9.88 onwards.
My firmware version is V1.0.1.56... I believe my router should still support Kwilt. Can anyone confirm this. It was working before on this same firmware version!
If my firmware should support Kwilt, how can I fix the binding error?
Any help appreciate.
Ps. I’ve already contacted Kwilt support and they can’t confirm if my D7800 with firmware version V1.0.1.56 is still supported.
