Until last night my 9 month old R/D7800 Nighthawk X4S performed fabulously... fast, secure, easy to manage, etc etc etc...
However, as of last night, it will not connect to the Broadband service for more than a ferw minutes. Ther BTHub4 will, so there is clearly nothing wrong the BT Broadband service, although something may have changed...
Questions:
Is there any way to check if the modem in the router is faulty?
Any logs that can be viewed which would give me some idea as to why this is happening?
Any diagnostics I can run that might help me find the problem? I've done all the things i can think fo doing, resetting the profile, factory reset, etc etc... and still nothing.
Is there any advice available on what the settings should be for BT ADSL2+ Broadband?
I'm currently running in AP mode, which actually seems to be working well, running the latest GUI software and Firmware (1.0.1.10), using the BTHub as the modem... but it does mean I can't use QoS etc, and my expensive NetGear router isn't being fully used!
