Our electrician had to turn the power off and when it came back on the router turned on and it looks like our computers are all reconnected with wifi but the wifi is very slow and keeps dropping out.
We unplugged all the cables and power for 30 minutes and that didn't fix the problem.
This unit is 18 months old.
Can you please use very simple language and solutions as I am no expert at this type of thing.
