D7800 intermittent wifi connection issues at 15m with IOS??

Hi,

Since upgrading to the D7800 recently I have noticed that the wifi coverage is noticibly weaker than my R7000.

Whilst our HTC phones will receive 2 bars at the furthest room approx 15m away, both my iPad, iPhone 7+ and my sons 2013 MacBook Air get a bouncing connection at this distance.

Naturally when closer the problem isn't there. But then it question is: given the HTC devices can maintain a connection, why would the apple devices strugggle?

That would most likely have to do with the wireless cards in the apple devices they are more than likely different from your android devices.

Hi DarrenM,

The problem does not exist when using the NightHawk R7000.

I believe X4S is meant to provide better coverage.

Is that correct?
