D7800 keeps dropping all device connections
Hi
My R7800 keeps radomly throughout the day dropping all connection to wireless and wired devices and comes back after 30-60 secs.
I cannot see anything reported in the logs.
I have updated firmware to latest version 1.0.1.10.
It causes me alot of problems as work from home and keeps dropping the VPN to work with it and my RDP session also right in the middle of developing or debugging.
I use BT Fibre and all was ok till 2 weeks ago.
Can anyone help?
Thanks
Sye

If the logs are empty it's probably rebooting for some reason.

Re: D7800 keeps dropping all device connections
Hi Coolguy
Thanks for your reply
Apologies I have mis typed the model number, it is actually D7800 not R7800. I think the firmware is up to date as per
https://www.netgear.com/support/product/D7800?cid=wmt_netgear_organic#download
I will however try the reset to factory settings as did not do this after the last upgrade.
Thanks
Sye

Sounds good. Factory resetting has solved my issues in the past. Let us know how it goes.
