DG834G port forward issues
I am trying to open two ports port 9000 UDP and Port 9002 TCP.
I have set up the services for thoes ports
In the firewall I have port used the port and the devices IP address but when I try to scan the ports I am told they re not as I set them
So I have a fixed IP address for the Device on the LAN 192.168.0.2x I can pingt this address with no issues.
Under services I have set TCP for port 9002 and UDP for port 9000.
under firewall I have set port 9002 TCP as Always allow, and the IP range as start 192.168.0.2X Finish 192,168,0,2X
Under Firewall I have set port 9000 UDP as Always allow, with an IP range start 192.168.0.2X to Finish 192.168.0.2X.
I have done this in bioth incomig and outgoing sections
IF I do a port scan using IPfingerprints I get port 9000 TCP closed Port 9000 UDP open and port 9002m TCP Closed and port 9002 UDP open. On anothrt try I have ports 9000 TCP and Port 9002 TCP closed and 9000 UDP closed and 9002 UDP open. (need port 9002 TCP and Port 9000 UDP)
Any ideas as to whay I am doing wrong and how to get this situation sorted?
Oh There is one other fixed IP address connected to thr LAN 192.168.0.X This has "Any TCP" in the services linked in the firwall to 192.168.0.X. This is wotrking
ANY assistance welcome please (the matter is rather Urgent0
Thanks

Thee is no need to masquerade RFC 1918 Private IP addresses.

That's the problem - the "Any TCP" takes preference. On these consumer devices, there is no way to change the NAT and firewall priority.
