DG834G v3 Router bricked: does not start in idle mode for reflashing

Hi all,

I flashed bad my device and now it is bricked. Other times I used the idle mode in order to recover the firmware, but this time it does not work. In particular, I cannot boot on idle mode even if I hold on the reset button for two minutes. All the leds blink in strange way (power led, adsl connection led and lan leds) instead of alternating green-red blinking of power and adsl connection leds.
What can I do?

Moreover, I cannot connect to the router via telnet and I cannot ping it. If I stop to press the reset button the router boots up with only power led lightining on with green light while if I maintain pressed the reset button all the lan leds blink very fast and the others power and adsl leds alternate their blinking except the wireless led.

I do not know what I can do. Do you think that have I to buya new router?

Yea if you have factory reset the modem and tried to reflash the modem and its still not responding then yes it bricked. You will have to buy a new modem if your not still under warranty sorry.
