DGN1000 won't access local ip addresses

My DGN 1000 has suddenly blocked access to other devices (cameras) on my home network. I can access the router itself (192.168.0.1) but others, eg 192.168.0.8, refuse connection. Yesterday it was fine, today its not. Also, devices are starting up with different IP's from the ones reserved for them. Can anyone suggest what may have caused this? I've tried rebooting the modem, pc, and cameras but still no access.

No idea what happened here. I disconnected the modem and tried an old spare modem. It wouldn't connect at all so I reconnected the DGN1000 and everything is back to normal.
