I have the same problem with the Guest Network passphrase. I have spent hours on the line with the Netgear call center "experts". During my last attempt I tried to get them to listen and reference your Case Number and the firmware version. All I got was assistance in downloading the same firmware I currently have. If I can't get a fix for this I have no choice but to return the router/model. Is there another solution out there or am I going back to BestBuy for a return (and not purchasing another Netgear product).
