DGN2200v4. "strict allocate = yes" to the smb.conf

I am wanting to use the USBshare on the DGN2200v4 as a backup location for Windows8.1 and maybe Winserver2012. according to TechNet to do this the routers SMB.conf file needs to be changed to show "strict allocate = yes" .
Could anyone advise on how this can be done?

If checking the configuration via the UI of the router, there is no option for that. I am not sure if using TELNET will show such option.
