DGN2200v4 static ip block navigation links

suddenly ,,  my static ip with public adress ,  that provided by my isp for webserver accsess ,  blocked browser from navigation ..

my isp asked my to change router .. and then it back with sucsess !!

is it a related bug with my model ??

   Your (unspecified) ISP gives you a fixed IP address?  And you run a
web server on a system on your LAN?  And you configured port forwarding
on your DGN2200v4 to allow access to that web server from the outside
world?  And it had been working?

   What are your port-forwarding rules?  (Copy+paste is your friend.)
What is the LAN IP address of your system with the web server?

   "blocked" is not a useful problem description.  It does not say what
you did.  It does not say what happened when you did it.  As usual,
showing actual actions with their actual results (error messages, LED
indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague descriptions or
interpretations.

   And if you go back to using the DGN2200v4, then what happens?

   I doubt it.  I used a DGN2200v4 for about two years, and had no such
trouble.  (The last firmware version I used (in 2017) was
V1.0.0.86_1.0.86.  Of course, newer firmware could have newer bugs.)

 ok .. my frimware 1.0.0.110 
and i have fixed ip from my isp ..
the issue that by using fixed ip .. it seems to block most of web links execpt googlesearch , and google services and facebook !!
but whrn i turned to dhcp it work perfectly ..
for my web server .. i use my fixed ip with nas web server and it was worked perfectly , but suddenly it dropdown traffic and failed to open my nas ios internal links ie : page of php admin

my isp asked to change router , and when i did it it works with fixed ip !!
i tried again to downgrad my frimware to ... . 108  but problem still appear ..
ps : in my router info page it appear that my ap-wirless is on .. but its not !!

   "seems to block" is not a very useful description.  Do you get an
actual error message from your (unspecified) web browser?

   Is this a DNS problem, or a basic connectivity problem?

   When you use a "fixed ip", what, exactly, are you specifying for
which parameters?  Specifically, what are you using for DNS server(s)?

   What are you using for DNS server(s) in that case?

   Do you get the same WAN/Internet IP address both ways?  If so, then
why not simply use DHCP?

   I get a fixed IP address from my ISP, but my modem+router (formerly a
DGN2200v4, currently a D7000[v1]) is configured to use DHCP to get it
(and the other IP parameters).
