DGN2200v4 unstable wifi at 300 Mbps

Hi everybody.

My wifi works well if I go "up to 145 Mbps" but fall down if I switch on "up to 300 Mbps".

I have the last firmware (V1.0.0.66_1.0.66).

I changed the channel but never happened.

Now I'm on channel 4 that is the best channel between other neighborhood wifi.

What can I do to use wifi up to 300 Mbps?
