DGND3700 - no WiFi at all

Hi,

I've had a DGND3700 for about 5 months now and it had WiFi dropout issues from the start, but I saw there were issues on the forums, plugged in a separate WiFi router I had sitting around into the LAN port and waited for a firmware update (hoping it would get sorted out).

5 months later, I'm now running V1.0.0.17_1.0.17 and WiFi doesn't even show up as a blip on inSSIDer. I've turned the DGND3700 off and on several times, turned off/on the wireless several times and reset factory defaults several times but none of it has made a difference. The LAN ports work fine, ADSL is fine and 2.4Ghz & 5Ghz LEDs are on but there is nothing being broadcasted (SSID is set to broadcast and I've tried using specific channels and Auto channel with no effect).

Has anyone else come across this, have any suggestions on what may be happening or better yet have a suggestion on how to get it working?

Contact support for RMA exchange. Sounds like defective unit
