DGND3700V1 Won't connect to internet

I have a DGND3700 V1 modem, I can´t access the internet because my modem does not allow to place the ip of my ISP. My ISP does not use username and password, it uses static ip. The modem does not accept the i, nor the gateway. The ISP gave me this information:

Static IP: 200.91.149.120 to 123

Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.252

Gateway: 200.91.149.122 to 124

The modem does not accept any combination.

What, exactly, are you trying to put into those boxes?

You have a block of four addresses?

That makes no sense to me.

My guess would be that you might want to set the router's
WAN/Internet address to "200.91.149.122", and its Gateway address to
"200.91.149.121", but they could be the other way around.  You might
want to get (more/better) advice from your ISP, but, in the router
settings, the WAN/Internet address and the gateway address must each be
a single address, not an address range.

Re: DGND3700V1 Won't connect to internet

The data was given by my ISP, I mentioned to them that they were incorrect, I do not have Internet access by placing static ip .121 with gateway .122, and static ip .122 with gateway .121, but the ISP mentions that they normally place static ip. 122 and gateway .122, of course, the modem does not allow to place the same values.
So, what can I tell the ISP?
Can ip addresses fail?. Why do not these addresses work for me?

Tell them to start making sense?  The router's own WAN/Internet
address and its gateway address can't be the same.

Addresses are only numbers.  They can be right or wrong.

Ask your ISP?  Are you getting a good DSL link?  What do the LED
indicators indicate?

If you get those addresses right, then I'd expect a command (on a
computer which is connected to the router) like:

      ping <gateway_IP_address>

to succeed.  If that happens, then you must be connected to your ISP
(because nothing you have would be at that address).

What is your ISP, do they have a website with configuration instructions?
