Re: DGND3700v2 has WAN Ethernet 802.1q for fiber FTTH?
What's the question?
The DGND3700v2 is an aged (2012) ADSL modem.router.
If you want to use it in "router only" mode plug your FTTH modem, or whatever delivers the Internet, into the WAN socket on the DGND3700v2.
There is a manual for the DGND3700v2 somewhere at the end of this link:
>>>> DGND3700v2 | Product | Support | NETGEAR <<<<
If the FTTH box is also a router, then you may have to tweak that too.

Hi, the question is if the WAN of this router is 802.1q compliant as my Internet provider require for manage directly the fiber FTTH without their devices.

You've said that already.
The manual (see above) will tell you what standards the device uses.
The DGND3700v2 is an old (2013) ADSL2+ modem/router. Does anyone use FTTH to deliver ADSL2?

Re: DGND3700v2 has WAN Ethernet 802.1q for fiber FTTH?
Sure the modem inside is ADSL2+ but this do not interest the fiber which is deliver to the WAN port of the router after passed the operator's ONT.
Inside the manual there is no trace of 802.1q, not having found evidence of FTTH with this device maybe it isn't compatible.
