DGND3700v2 n600 dualband modem and router, my netgear modem wont catch internet signal

Latest firmware [ just update it today]
Internet available when iam connecting my old d-link but my netgear wont. The internet LED NOT GLOW but the ADSL LED STEADY. All sttings from ISP received and applied but problem still there, it just suddenly stopped excepting internet i tried reseting but wasnt helping

I would make sure to factory reset the modem again by holding the button for 10 seconds then set up the modem again.
