DM200 Modem Internet Connectivity Issues
DM200 modem is a year old. Been working OK with Century Link Internet until the last two months. At least once or twice a week the internet is down. When we look at modem all the lights off. We unplug the power supply to reset it. It normally comes back up. Is there any way to check to see if there is a issue with the modem? It is working right now. Thank you.

All the lights? Power, DSL and network? Not normal behaviour – smells like a modem problem.
My DM200 sometimes loses the Internet. But the power LED never goes off. The DSL LED dies and goes red until it logs in and turns green again.
I blame this on the ISP. It goes through phases. Months without a dropout, then a few in a row.

The "unplug" process does not reset the modem, it simply reboots it.
My first move would be to check the mains adapter. If you have a spare with the right specs, try that.
I assume that it isn't a problem on your mains circuit.
What firmware do you have in the DM200?
