DM200 WiFi Set up to a new house.

I got a message when I tried to sign up to the internet saying "The devices ready for access, but the ADSL/VDSL is not ready for connection......" I don't know what to do now. Could you please help with this issue. I just moved to a new house last month and am trying to set up a home wifi but I'm stuck at set up.

Where does that message come from?

There is a manual for the DM200 somewhere at the end of this link:
