Re: DM200 modem is not working correctly in bridge mode
I see. My provider is Claro from Dominican Republic. They use PPPOA. I can't use bridge mode with this modem. It works perfectly in modem+router mode.

PPPoA can only by terminated direct on a CPE (Modem/Router), it can't be transported over Ethernet. That's why Ethernet routers don't offer the configuration of a PPPoA encapsulation, just PPPoE, or PPTP, and the like. Most ISP allow using both PPPoA and PPPoE - give it a try to terminate the DSL link encapsulation using PPPoE on the router with the DM200 in bridge mode.

Re: DM200 modem is not working correctly in bridge mode
My ISP only works with PPPoA. 😢
I though that all modems could do the PPPoA to PPPoE conversion. What a pity I didn't check before investing. At least a just pay $25 for it.
I could see that other brand modems can do the PPPoA to PPPoE conversion, but they are a little expensive.
Netgear could have enabled Dynamic DNS as some other netgear Modems have. It's a completely waste of money for me.
