DM200 wont connect at setup

I received my modem but when I connect to my provider (Plusnet) - I get past all the configuration screens but get a stuck at the step "configuring modem".

Ive tried with 2 different PCs but just cannot get past this step

Log as follows....

1.the selected country & isp: UK, PlusNet

2.DSL line plugged: yes

3.DSL line bonding: no

4.DSL line type: VDSL

5.device protocol: 101*pppoe

6.get response from isp: yes

7.detected protocol[quick_scan]: 101*pppoe[success]

If this is using the "wizard", try page 29 of the manual:

Manually Set Up an ADSL Internet Connection

>>> DM200 | Product | Support | NETGEAR <<<

If Plusnet uses the same login regime as BT – same company after all – then you just need your email address for the Login. No password.

Managed to resolve this by using the manual settings.

Ive gone one step further by using manual settings to use the DM200 in bridge mode and use my router to connect to the ISP

This now works perfectly

Well done. Wizards can be more trouble than they worth when they fall over.
