Enable telnet on D6400D (AC1600 WiFi VDSL/ADSL) firmware D6400-V1.0.0.104_1.0.104.
Hi guys.
I noticed that with the latest firmware D6400-V1.0.0.104_1.0.104 released for the D6400, the utility telnetenable.exe (https://github.com/LuKePicci/NetgearTelnetEnable/blob/master/binaries/windows/telnetenable.exe) to access the configuration of the router parameters via BusyBox no longer works, the latest firmware release operating with telnetenable.exe is the D6400-V1.0.0.96_1.0.96.
It is a pity that Netgear has not provided for a way to be able to access the operating parameters of the D6400 and now has blocked the possibility of accessing BusyBox via telnetenable.exe, since in some cases be able to change some parameters (such as SNR) could fix connection problems.
Having said that, is there someone who knows how to run telnetenable.exe with the D6400-V1.0.0.104_1.0.104 firmware, or other method to access BusyBox or in any case change the D6400 router parameters, without necessarily downgrade to the D6400-V1.0.0.96_1.0.96 firmware release?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Fabio

Different model, similar complaint:

Not I. I assume that when they break it, they break it for every
similar program. If they've changed the requirements for an Enable
program, then I haven't seen the revised spec.
When they break it on the D7000[v1], I'll be annoyed.

Huh? I'd call SNR a property of a comm channel, not an adjustable
parameter.

Of course SNR refers to the limit value of the noise margin negotiated by the modem-router while synchronization.
