Enabling SRA on D7800

I've recently run into some line stability issues which is causing my D7800 to drop it's internet connection every time the line rate changes. I've been told by my ISP to set SRA to Dynamic, which obviously isn't a setting in the GUI, tried talking to support with limited success. 

Any advice getting it working through the Telnet CLI if it's even possible?

Connection is VDSL2 and router is running Firmware version v1.0.1.60

What's that? Seamless Rate Adaptation? Probably not something you can control.

Sounds like your unnamed ISP is trying to pass the buck.
