Fibre Set Up - D7000v2

Hey guys, having trouble connecting this router to ONT, have the LAN cable going into LAN 4/WAN and have logged in to change from DSL to Wan, have also entered correct user/password from ISP and set to VLAN 10 but have yet to get any internet connection

There is a manual for the D7000v2 somewhere at the end of this link:

It is important to do things in the correct order.
