Do you mean the web-browser interface? Ever helpful, Netgear uses
the name "Genie" for more than one thing. Netgear routers have a
web-browser interface called "Genie", and Netgear offers application
programs for various computers/pads/phones, which are also called
"Genie".

"not able" is not a useful problem description. It does not say what
you did. It does not say what happened when you did it. As usual,
showing actual actions with their actual results (error messages, LED
indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague descriptions or
interpretations.
Generally, if the router says that you have an Internet connection,
then you really do have an Internet connection.
What is a typical "any device"? Start with a wired connection. If
you can talk to the router's web site with a web browser, then the
device configuration may be good. If it's a Windows system, then open a
Command Prompt (CMD.EXE) window, and run an "ipconfig" command, and
copy+paste the result here.

An actual version number would be more informative than your opinion
of what's "latest" (today).
Are you restarting your devices when you switch routers?
