Have a netgear d7000 ac 1900 adsl/vdsl having troubles connecting to telstra nbn

It has latest firmware , it connects sometimes for a short while then it either turns its self off or it restarts itself getting very frustrated i have connected both my isp provider and( nbn co) neither of them are of any help, has anyone been experiencing this if so please help.

Nothing , i have been told previous to this after speaking to a telstra technician that apparently there system dosent recongnise my modem so it locks it up but that dosent make much sense because just this last week i re plugged in my modem and it was working fine for six days until it did the same
