Help can't forward ports dgn3500

I have tried and tried to forward some ports to my symbology ds415+. I can't not do it I have followed the port forward tutorial and have tried using the simple port forwarding software I have a DNS account with symbology and I setup up the services and the firewall rules but it says that can't connect. any help would be greatly appreciated

I am not familiar with synology products but I was able to find there page that has all the ports needed for there products. You may want to contact synologys support.
